They are slightly difficult to reach via phone/email but overall it was a good experience. Their team was AMAZING the day of. The crew made sure me and my husband had enough to eat and got to taste all the foods, made us a plate at dinner, and set aside a plate for us from the cocktail hour while we were out taking pictures! Their team did great with the setup and tear down. We were very pleased.

We were able to pick up the linens a day before and return them after the wedding ourselves which saved us a lot of time and stress the day of the wedding. The food was great, we were recommended the meatballs which was a wonderful suggestion. We got to taste test prior to picking out the items which helped us with our choices. We did think we were going to sit down with a rep and go over our options/details at the taste test but instead, they just had the food in to-go containers and we got to try them at home and report back - not a big deal. The only downside was the unexpected food inflation cost that was added to the invoice the week before the wedding which was $7 more per person.
