We wanted to thank you for the professional way our open house was catered on Friday, December 4th. The servers we had were OUTSTANDING!!! They were very professional, very friendly, and we could not have asked for the event to go any better. We had a great turnout, the food was wonderful, and the caterers once again were GREAT.

I first want to start off by saying that everything was WONDERFUL for my wedding reception last Saturday, September 19th. The food was delicious and the staff was so helpful and well organized. The stressful event went off without a hitch. I also wanted to say a special thank you to Kevin and Sean for getting the linens at York Golf Club early to help in the setting up and all of their flexibility.

PC Events catered my wedding on August 22, 2009. The food was amazing. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. Everything ran somoothly and I had nothing to worry about on my big day. During the planning the staff was very accommodating to my schedule to meet and very prompt in answering any of my questions. They easily worked within my budget and there was not pressure to spend more than I allotted. I would have PC Events cater another event for me anytime. If you want a stress-free event, PC Events is the place to call!

I have worked with PC Events (Premium Catering) since 1997. They have provided catering services for our annual Holiday Parties and Employee Cookouts since 1997. In addition, I hired PC Events to handle our Ribbon Cutting event for our new building which included many VIPs (Board of Directors, news station and local officials). The average number of people PC catered for our events ranged from 300 – 500. With the Ribbon cutting ceremony, PC Events arranged for the tents, chairs, licenses, etc, on our behalf.

Positives: Very dependable, timely, professional, flexible and accommodating. I need a caterer that I do not have to continuously follow up with or hold their hand, as this is one of my many responsibilities. The presentation of the food and linens is always in good taste based on our theme at the time. The food is delicious; the service has always been impeccable. The attendees are clean cut, personable and service oriented. Kevin, the owner, personally would attend the event for its entirety or stop by. There is always a “captain” on-site to attend to last minute details.

Negative: PC Events is not the cheapest caterer in town. However, I do believe that you “get” what you pay for. In addition, many caterers have “come and gone” in the business, PC Events apparently has survived the economy which may speak of their business savory. I am comfortable in the fact that when PC Events caters an affair for me that the experience with be successful.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Porter’s company for 2 years while acting as Director of Premium Seat Sales for Germain Amphitheater. ...I was in charge of the venue’s VIP club. ... His staff was courteous, professional and the product was exemplary. Mr. Porter’s team was expected to serve approximately 100 to 175 guests each show night in a time span of approximately 90 minutes. His track record was impeccable. Although, as with any food service operation, there were times a guest was not pleased, Mr. Porter’s team always corrected the situation immediately. I have no reservation in recommending PC Events Catering as a preferred provider for any event that I may host in the future. Mr. Porter will work with you to assure that your event executes as planned and within your budget.

Our Holiday Party went great with the help of Scott. He was more than willing to help with the food, tables, and presentation. Everything looked great, and everyone enjoyed the food. It was very tasty! The shrimp in particular was superb!

I meant to get back to you this morning to let you know how much we loved the food. The Manicotti was terrific! I am sure the Lasagna could not have been better. And truthfully that was the best cheesecake I have ever eaten.

The event went very well. The staff member that you sent to set the luncheon up was so polite and very friendly. The food was excellent and I would love to have you cater our event next year.
