PC Events Catering, Inc. Policies

• A deposit and signed contract is required to secure the date of the function.
• Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks or cash are welcome.
• Final menu and contract changes are due 3 weeks prior to event.
• Final guest count is due 3 weeks prior to function unless arrangements are made.*
• Final guaranteed guest count 1 week prior to event date.**
• Free delivery with food orders of $1,000.00 or more (Depending on location).
• Partial payment (weddings only) estimated at 25% due 100 days and 25% due 60 days prior to event date unless prior arrangements are made.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to event (unless billing arrangements are made.)
• Minimum required number of guests or quantities on certain menu food items.
• An 18% gratuity service charge on all orders unless arrangements are made.
• PC Events Catering, Inc. Can only hold dates for 48 hours without a deposit or signed contract.

* Servers required if client wants china with order.

# Servers included for dinner buffet only one server for up to two hours of service time per $1,000.00 spent on food.
